Overview

MailFilter expands the functionality of ArGoSoft Mail Server (Pro and .NET). It acts like a Server Extension plug-in and allows you to perform simple "actions" based on predefined "conditions". The purpose of this application extend standard mail server capabilities, let you manage message flows and provide your users with spam and virus free email environment.

The MailFilter Control Panel allows you to create complex filters on each email as they email passes through your server. Depending on your needs, the filters can be set individually for each user or globally and can be applied to all messages or only to those that meet certain specifications set by you.

The filter actions can be combined to do many tasks from simply adding a sales message or virus report to the bottom of each email or forwarding a copy of every email to a backup server. Your choice. You simply check the choices that are to be applied to the filter.
